Most financial institutions consider modular homes and traditional stick-built homes as the same for lending purposes. We partner with a local banking institution to provide you with the best possible rates for a home mortgage.
There are several options for financing:
- Adjustable-Rate Mortgage – The initial rate is usually lower than a fixed rate mortgage. The initial lower principal and interest payments may suit your financial needs better.
- First Time Home Buyer Mortgage – These loans have a lower annual percentage rate. Payments are fixed for seven years. There are no points and reduced closing costs.
- Construction Loans – During construction you pay only the interest on the outstanding balance with a fixed rate. Once the home is complete, the loan converts to a traditional adjustable rate or fixed rate mortgage.

To get your project started, we require a $2,000 deposit. With your deposit, we begin the official planning process including site engineering and survey, develop your site plan, begin the permitting process, and chart a timeline for your project.
